NXpark has appointed Renaud Magnaval as vice president of development and operations for Europe. With over 20 years of experience managing real estate portfolios in the €30-100M range, Renaud will strengthen Euro-Asian collaboration critical to NXpark’s success.

In his new role, Renaud will:

• Strengthen ties with European industrial groups expanding in Asia.
• Leverage Aden Group’s global expertise in energy, engineering, and logistics.
• Collaborate with APAC governments on Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Secure green finance for high-efficiency, decarbonized industrial assets.
  Renaud brings extensive experience from senior roles at Sanofi, L’Oréal, and Accenture. His project portfolio includes Siège Pasteur & Merial (Lyon), Campus Sanofi Val de Bièvre (Gentilly), and 400 Park Avenue South (New York), with certifications like HQE, BREEAM, and BEPOS.
