GUANGZHOU, China, September 10 – NXpark and Schneider Electric have signed a cooperation agreement for the NXpark Guangzhou Green Smart Industrial Park Project in Zengcheng District, Guangzhou. Witnessed by representatives from the Guangzhou and Zengcheng District governments, the signing marks the official launch of the project.
Following the successful delivery and operation of the Schneider Electric Green Smart Industrial Park in Wuxi, NXpark is once again partnering with Schneider Electric on industrial park development. Expanding from the Yangtze River Delta to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the partnership further broadens its geographic reach and industrial footprint.
Zhe Jiang, President of NXpark and CEO of Aden Energies, and Sizhe Wei, Senior Vice President of Schneider Electric China, Head of Energy Management & Low Voltage, and Chairman of Schneider Electric Guangzhou, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies.
Guangzhou Project to Create a Green and Smart Industrial Hub
The project is located in the core area of the Zengcheng Economic and Technological Development Zone in Guangzhou, with a planned site area of approximately 29.4 acres (119 mu), including approximately 18.8 acres (76 mu) in Phase I.

NXpark will be responsible for the project’s investment, development, and delivery, providing a custom-built facility tailored to Schneider Electric’s business and operational requirements.
The industrial park will focus on key technology areas including medium- and low-voltage power distribution, industrial automation, green energy, digital twins, and AI. It will serve as an integrated hub for R&D, manufacturing, sales, and service operations, further strengthening Schneider Electric’s presence in South China.
The Zengcheng Economic and Technological Development Zone offers a strong advanced manufacturing foundation, with growing industrial clusters in semiconductor-related industries, advanced equipment manufacturing, and new energy vehicles, supported by an increasingly mature supply chain ecosystem.

Leveraging the manufacturing strengths of the Greater Bay Area, NXpark will use the project as a platform to connect industrial resources and support collaboration across the value chain. Through its development and operational capabilities, NXpark aims to provide high-quality industrial infrastructure for companies in semiconductor-related and advanced manufacturing sectors while contributing to the continued development of the regional industrial ecosystem.

Scaling Industrial Infrastructure Solutions from Wuxi to Guangzhou
In 2023, NXpark developed the Schneider Electric Green Smart Industrial Park in Wuxi through a custom-built turnkey model. The successful delivery and operation of the project laid the foundation for the partnership’s expansion into South China.
With a total investment of approximately USD 150 million, NXpark Wuxi serves as Schneider Electric’s only electronics manufacturing hub in China and its fifth-largest global R&D center. It is also a flagship project within the Sino-French (Wuxi) Industrial Cooperation Park.
The park was fully invested in, developed, and is operated by NXpark through a digitally enabled management model spanning the entire asset lifecycle, from design and construction to day-to-day operations. Supported by the Akila digital twin platform and Physical AI operational capabilities, the project has established a smart operating system that enhances visibility, efficiency, and performance across the asset lifecycle.
The platform enables centralized visibility and management of asset, energy, and carbon data, supports predictive maintenance and continuous energy optimization, and helps advance intelligent ESG management.
Through its experience in Wuxi, NXpark has observed that the needs of advanced manufacturers are evolving beyond traditional production space requirements. Companies are increasingly looking for integrated capabilities that include green energy, digital operations, asset management, and sustainable development alongside high-quality manufacturing facilities.
In response to these evolving needs, NXpark has developed an integrated offering that combines development and construction, smart operations, and industrial services, while continuously refining these capabilities through project delivery and operational experience.
Building on this foundation, NXpark will oversee the planning, design, development, construction, and future operations of the NXpark Guangzhou, helping accelerate its progression from concept to reality.
From Wuxi to Guangzhou, the expansion of the partnership reflects the long-term trust between NXpark and Schneider Electric while highlighting the changing needs of manufacturers amid ongoing industrial transformation and upgrading.
Looking ahead, NXpark will continue to leverage Aden Group’s global industrial services ecosystem to strengthen its integrated capabilities across development, smart operations, and sustainable infrastructure solutions. By providing resilient industrial infrastructure and long-term operational support, NXpark aims to help advanced manufacturers achieve sustainable growth while contributing to the future development of modern industry.
