NXpark by Aden has announced the launch of a new international smart manufacturing industrial park in Zhengzhou (Henan Province), focused on automotive parts and electric vehicle (EV) production. The 16.5-acre development will be fully funded and operated by NXpark, providing high-standard, ready-to-use facilities for global manufacturers expanding in Asia’s fast-growing EV market.

Home to more than 10 million residents, Zhengzhou is one of central China’s largest industrial and logistics hubs, strategically located on the country’s high-speed rail and expressway networks and connected to global markets via a major international airport. The city has evolved into a center for automotive manufacturing, electronics, and advanced industrial production, supported by world-class infrastructure and large-scale logistics zones.

Leveraging Aden Group’s global industrial ecosystem and integrated service capabilities, the new NXpark project is designed to attract leading automotive suppliers and technology firms. It will provide a base for high-end EV manufacturing while offering tenants flexibility, sustainability, and rapid deployment.
