The project involves the construction of factories, office building, and supporting facilities for the production of core automotive industry components, fully committed to establishing green, low-carbon, intelligent, and people-oriented industrial infrastructure centered on automotive parts manufacturing.
Industrial Advantages
The project is surrounded by BYD’s manufacturing facilities on three sides. With an annual production capacity exceeding 1.5 million vehicles, BYD generates substantial demand for automotive components. The park has already attracted the establishment of Faurecia’s premium automotive seat manufacturing plant (Xi’an facility).
Sustainability
The project is a veritable net-zero facility, having achieved preliminary LEED and HQE certification during the design phase while also completing China’s Green Building Design Two-Star certification process. With its roof fully covered by solar photovoltaic panels and incorporating rainwater harvesting tanks, ground-source heat pumps, and renewable construction materials, the facility demonstrates outstanding performance in energy conservation, emissions reduction, sustainable development, and enhanced indoor environmental quality.
